We left Elizabeth City about 12:00 PM today and after getting our tanks emptied and taking on fuel, we cruised up the Elizabeth River and arrived at the South Mill Lock about 5:30 PM. We tied up just outside the lock and hope to lock through at 8:30 AM in the morning. This should allow us to make Portsmouth, VA by late afternoon tomorrow.
